Lowe’s Companies, Inc. is hiring a Customer Service Associate to help customers find products and services for home improvement. You will greet customers, answer questions, and ensure a positive shopping experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer (inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information)
• 6 months experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform duties as required
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or >25 lbs with assistance

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s and deliver friendly, professional service
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive items on time
• Cross-train in other areas of the store to improve service
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., paint, pipe, wood, blinds)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
