Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer and basic digital tasks.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand/sit for long periods and perform job duties.
• Lift 25 lbs unassisted or more with/without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Help customers locate and handle merchandise.
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and timely.
• Cross-train in other store areas to assist the team.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., paint, plumbing, wood).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
