Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers, help them find products, and ensure a smooth shopping experience. You will assist across departments, stock and organize shelves, and process orders with accuracy in a fast-paced retail environment.

This role offers part-time or full-time opportunities, with emphasis on customer interaction, product knowledge, and teamwork to deliver excellent service.

Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic
• Able to perform duties that may require prolonged standing or sitting
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without accommodation
• Bi-lingual skills (preferred)
• Certification in trade related to department (e.g., hardware, kitchen, plumbing, electrical, lawn and garden, building materials) (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and provide friendly, professional service
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Stock merchandise by identifying empty areas and replenishing shelves
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and on time
• Cross-train in other store areas to support customer service
• Prepare merchandise in department based on customer needs (e.g., tint/paint, pipe, wood, drywall, blinds)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
