Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to warmly welcome customers, answer questions, and help them find the right products for home improvement projects.

You will assist with locating items, stocking shelves, and processing orders while delivering friendly, professional service across various departments. This role emphasizes teamwork and customer satisfaction in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer
• 6 months experience using common retail technology
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic
• Able to perform duties that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with accommodation

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Restock and replenish shelves as needed
• Process orders and deliveries accurately
• Cross-train in other areas of the store to help deliver the best customer service
• Prepare merchandise in your department based on customer needs
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
