Qualifications

• Six months of computer use including inputting and retrieving data.
• Six months of using common retail tech such as smartphones or tablets.
• Basic reading, writing and arithmetic skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform related tasks.
• Preferred bilingual abilities when interacting with customers.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive items on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., tint paint, cut pipe, trim wood).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
