Qualifications

• Experience using a computer and common retail technology.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s, answer questions, and provide friendly service.
• Help customers locate and handle merchandise across departments.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive items on time.
• Cross-train in other areas to support store-wide customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise to meet customer needs (e.g., paint, pipe, wood).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout and complete other duties as assigned.
