• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Down stock merchandise by locating empty areas on shelves and replenishing supplies.

• Cross-train in other areas to improve customer service.
• Prepare merchandise in your department based on customer needs (e.g., tint and mix paint, cut and thread pipe).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
