Job summary

Lowe's is hiring a Customer Service Associate in the United States to welcome customers and help them find the right products for home improvement needs.

You will interact with customers throughout the day, assist with locating merchandise, occasionally load items, and ensure customer needs are met. The role may vary by department and offers growth through Lowe’s benefit programs and discounts.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer and common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic skills needed.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Aid customers in locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock replenishment and shelf maintenance as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to ensure on-time receipt by customers.
• Cross-train in other store areas to support the best customer service.
• Prepare merchandise in departments per customer needs (e.g., paint tinting, cutting, bundling).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
