Lowe’s Companies, Inc. is hiring a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers, help them find products, and ensure a smooth shopping experience. You’ll interact with customers, answer questions, and assist with merchandising and checkout across various departments.

The role emphasizes friendly service, basic tech use, and the ability to lift and move merchandise. Training will cover processes across several home improvement categories.

Qualifications

• Six+ months experience using a computer (inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information).
• Six+ months experience with common retail technology (smartphones, tablets).
• Able to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand/sit for extended periods and perform duties as required.
• Able to minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or more with/without accommodation.

Responsabilités

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies in a timely manner.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive items on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service quality.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., paint, pipes, wood, drywall, blinds).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
