Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer or equivalent
• 6 months experience using common retail tech (phones, tablets)
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic skills
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
• Bi-lingual skills preferred (not mandatory)

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service
• Help customers locate and select products
• Stock replenishment and merchandise handling
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and on time
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service delivery
• Assist customers through checkout and shopping journey
