Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers and help them find the right products for home improvement. You will assist with locating items, answer questions, and ensure customer needs are met throughout the shopping experience.

You may work across departments, with a focus on friendly service, efficiency, and accuracy in handling merchandise and orders. The role supports various store teams and shifts.

Qualifications

• Six months of computer use experience.
• Six months of experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and provide friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for timely fulfillment.
• Cross-train in other departments to deliver excellent service.
