Lowe's in the United States is seeking a Customer Service Associate to assist customers with products and home improvement solutions. You will welcome customers, help locate merchandise, and ensure a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities include answering questions, loading items when needed, and supporting various departments while maintaining friendly, professional service. This role emphasizes flexibility and customer focus.

Qualifications

• Six months experience using a computer (inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information)
• Six months experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic
• Able to stand for long periods and perform duties as required
• Lifting up to 25 lbs unassisted or more with assistance

Responsabilités

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and provide friendly, professional service
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed
• Process orders and deliveries accurately
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve customer service
• Prepare department merchandise based on customer needs (e.g., tint/mix paint, cut/pipe, etc.)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
