CenterWell Home Health is seeking a field-based sales professional to drive referrals by calling on physicians, hospitals, SNFs, discharge planners and case managers within an assigned territory. You will promote home health services and manage relationships to meet market targets.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or health-related science with at least two years in healthcare sales, CRM experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; travel is required and TB

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a health related science (i.e nursing) or the equivalent plus a minimum of two years health care or related industry sales experience generally required.
• Previous home health care sales; experience selling to physicians, Case Managers and in SNFs; or previous experience as a clinical liaison highly preferred.
• Experience maintaining sales outreach and contacts in a CRM preferred
• Microsoft Office proficiency required.
• Travel within an assigned territory and to sales meetings as required.
• This role is considered patient facing and is part of Human's TB screening program. If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB.

Aufgaben

• Call on physicians, hospitals, SNF management, discharge planners, and case managers within an assigned territory to promote our home health care services; building and maintaining referral source relationships.
• Prepare business plans and maintain target lists. Prioritize accounts following the market sales plan.
• Gather and organize account-related information and provide input on important customer opportunities.
• You will report to a Market Executive of Sales.
