Job summary

CenterWell Home Health is seeking a Home Health Sales Executive to promote our homecare services to physicians, hospitals, SNFs, discharge planners, and case managers within an assigned territory. You will build durable client relationships and develop business plans aligned with the market sales plan.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a health-related science and at least two years in health care or related industry sales; strong presentation and MS Office skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or health-related science or equivalent plus 2 years health care or related industry sales experience.
• Excellent selling, organization, problem-solving skills; ability to represent company to referral audience.
• Healthcare sales experience preferred (SNFs, DME, cardio, etc.) or as a clinical liaison is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills; MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Call on physicians, hospitals, SNFs’ management, discharge planners, and case managers within an assigned territory to promote homecare services.
• Build and maintain client relationships.
• Prepare business plans and maintain target lists; prioritize accounts per market sales plan.
• Gather and organize account information and input on opportunities, service line extensions and pricing.
