Job summary

CenterWell Home Health is seeking a Home Health Account Executive to cultivate referral sources and expand our patient referrals in an assigned territory.

You will engage physicians, hospitals, SNF managers, discharge planners, and case managers, build relationships, and develop business plans aligned with the market sales strategy. The role includes travel and TB screening as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a health related science (i.e nursing) or the equivalent plus a minimum of two years health care or related industry sales experience generally required.
• Previous home health care sales; experience selling to physicians, Case Managers and in SNFs; or previous experience as a clinical liaison is highly preferred.
• Experience maintaining sales outreach and contacts in a CRM is preferred
• Microsoft Office proficiency is required.
• Travel within an assigned territory and to sales meetings as required.
• This role is considered patient facing and is part of Human’s Tuberculosis (TB) screening program.

Responsibilities

• Call on physicians, hospitals, SNF management, discharge planners, and case managers within an assigned territory to promote our home health care services; building and maintaining referral source relationships.
• Prepare business plans and maintain target lists. Prioritize accounts following the market sales plan.
• Gather and organize account-related information and provide input on important customer opportunities.
• Report to a Market Executive of Sales.
