Job summary

CenterWell Home Health in Dillon, SC is seeking a Home Health Sales Executive to promote our home health services by calling on physicians, hospitals, SNFs and discharge planners within the assigned territory. You will develop business plans, prioritize accounts, and build referral source relationships to drive growth.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or health-related fields and at least two years of health care sales experience, with CRM proficiency and MS Office

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a health related science (e.g nursing) or the equivalent plus a minimum of two years health care or related industry sales experience generally required.
• Previous home health care sales; experience selling to physicians, Case Managers and in SNFs; or previous experience as a clinical liaison highly preferred.
• Experience maintaining sales outreach and contacts in a CRM preferred.
• Microsoft Office proficiency required.
• Travel within an assigned territory and to sales meetings as required.
• This role is patient facing and part of TB screening program.

Responsibilities

• Call on physicians, hospitals, SNF management, discharge planners, and case managers within an assigned territory to promote home health care services; build and maintain referral source relationships.
• Prepare business plans and maintain target lists; prioritize accounts following the market sales plan.
• Gather and organize account-related information and provide input on important customer opportunities.
