Job summary

CenterWell Home Health seeks a Home Health Account Executive to promote our services to physicians, hospitals, SNFs, discharge planners, and case managers within an assigned territory. Build referral source relationships and expand our network.

You will travel within the territory, develop business plans, maintain target lists, and report to a Market Executive of Sales. The role emphasizes patient-centered care and collaboration with clinical teams, with compensation including base pay and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or health sciences plus two years healthcare or related industry sales experience.
• Experience in home health care sales; selling to physicians, Case Managers and in SNFs; or as a clinical liaison preferred.
• Experience maintaining sales outreach and contacts in a CRM is preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• TB screening may be required as part of Humana Health program.

Responsibilities

• Call on physicians, hospitals, SNF management, discharge planners, and case managers to promote home health care and develop referral sources.
• Prepare business plans, maintain target lists and prioritize accounts per market sales plan.
• Gather and organize account information and provide feedback on opportunities.
• Report to a Market Executive of Sales.
• Travel within an assigned territory and to sales meetings as required.
