Job summary

CenterWell Home Health is seeking a Home Health Sales Executive to promote services to physicians, hospitals, SNFs, discharge planners, and case managers within the Plano/McKinney/Rockwell territory. You will prepare business plans, maintain target lists, and manage referral relationships.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a health-related field and at least two years of health care sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a health related science (e.g nursing) with a minimum of two years health care or related industry sales experience.
• Experience selling to physicians, Case Managers and in SNFs; clinical liaison experience preferred.
• CRM experience and MS Office proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Call on physicians, hospitals, SNF management, discharge planners and case managers within an assigned territory to promote home health care services and build referral sources.
• Manage a territory including Plano/McKinney/Rockwell areas and prioritize accounts per market sales plan.
• Prepare business plans and maintain target lists; gather and organize account information for opportunities.
• Report to a Market Executive of Sales.
