Job summary

CenterWell Home Health seeks a Home Health Account Executive to promote our home health care services within an assigned territory by calling on physicians, hospitals, SNFs, discharge planners, and case managers to develop referral source relationships.

You will travel within an assigned territory, prepare business plans, maintain target lists, and prioritize accounts per the market sales plan. This role reports to a Market Executive of Sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or health-related science plus two years health care or related industry sales experience.
• Previous home health care sales; experience selling to physicians, Case Managers and in SNFs; or previous experience as a clinical liaison is preferred.
• Previous experience maintaining sales outreach and contacts in a CRM is preferred.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office.
• This role is part of Humana's TB screening program and requires TB screening if selected.

Responsibilities

• Call on physicians, hospitals, SNF management, discharge planners, and case managers to promote home health care and develop referral source relationships.
• Prepare business plans, maintain target lists and prioritize accounts following the market sales plan.
• Gather and organize account-related information and provide feedback on important customer opportunities.
• Report to a Market Executive of Sales.
• Travel within an assigned territory and to sales meetings as required.
