Job summary

CenterWell Home Health is seeking a Home Health Account Executive to drive referral development by calling on physicians, hospitals, SNF leaders, discharge planners, and case managers within an assigned territory.

You will develop business plans, maintain target lists, and prioritize accounts while reporting to a Market Executive of Sales. This role involves travel within the territory and attendance at sales meetings as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or health-related science and two years health care or related industry sales experience.
• Experience in home health care sales or as a clinical liaison preferred.
• CRM experience with sales outreach preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office required.
• Patient-facing role and TB screening requirement.

Responsibilities

• Call on physicians, hospitals, SNF management, discharge planners, and case managers within an assigned territory to promote our home health care service to develop referral source relationships.
• Prepare business plans, maintain target lists and prioritize accounts following the market sales plan.
• Gather and organize account-related information and give feedback on important customer opportunities.
• Report to a Market Executive of Sales.
• Travel within an assigned territory and to sales meetings as required.
