Job summary

CenterWell Home Health is seeking a Home Health Sales Executive to promote our homecare services by calling on physicians, hospitals, SNFs’ management, discharge planners, and case managers within an assigned territory. Build and maintain client relationships and develop business plans aligned with the market sales plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or health sciences or equivalent with 2+ years healthcare sales experience.
• Excellent selling, organizational, problem-solving skills, and ability to represent company capabilities.
• Healthcare sales experience in SNFs, DME, ortho, cardio preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills; MS Office proficiency.
• Willingness to travel within territory and to meetings.

Responsibilities

• Call on physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities’ management, discharge planners, and case managers within an assigned territory to promote our homecare services.
• Build and maintain client relationships.
• Prepare business plans and maintain target lists; prioritize accounts per market plan.
• Gather and organize account-related information and provide input on opportunities, service line extensions and pricing.
