Job summary

CenterWell Home Health is hiring a Home Health Account Executive to develop referral sources by engaging physicians, hospitals and SNFs within a defined territory. You will plan, prioritize accounts and feed market insights to leadership, while traveling to meetings as needed.

The role requires a health-related degree with sales experience, CRM proficiency, and MS Office skills. TB screening participation is noted as part of the role. Competitive benefits and a commission plan are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or health related science or equivalent plus two years in health care sales.
• Experience selling to physicians, case managers and SNF staff preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems required.

Responsibilities

• Call on physicians, hospitals, SNF management, discharge planners, and case managers to develop referral relationships.
• Prepare business plans, maintain target lists and prioritize accounts per market sales plan.
• Gather and organize account information and provide feedback on opportunities.
• Report to a Market Executive of Sales.
• Travel within an assigned territory and to sales meetings as required.
