Job summary

Beyond Faith Home Care is seeking a motivated Account Executive to drive home health referral growth in the Weatherford, TX area. You will build relationships with physicians, discharge planners, and facilities, delivering presentations and calls to expand the referral network.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 2+ years in home care sales, and a proven track record of hitting growth targets. Strong communication and self-direction are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in home care sales or related industry with a proven record of achieving incremental growth.
• Success as an Account Executive with Lifecare HH company. Success defined by meeting or exceeding goals set by management.

Responsibilities

• Develops territory growth through providers by making effective sales calls and presentations to referral sources.
• Develops quarterly and annual territory plans to achieve growth goals and actions.
• Acts as liaison between referral partners and agency to communicate information about services.
• Meets with patients and families to discuss home care services and manage expectations.
• Updates and maintains customer and competitor profiles and logs daily call activity.
• Serves as liaison with physicians, discharge planners and community agencies to facilitate services.
• Participates in marketing efforts to educate healthcare community about home health programs.
