Job summary

Angels Care Home Health is seeking an Account Executive to drive referral growth and admissions across the Oklahoma territory, partnering with physicians, hospitals, SNFs, and other providers.

You will promote home health services, explain payer options, and work with clinical teams to ensure smooth admissions and high patient satisfaction. Strong relationship-building and independent work style are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven success in healthcare sales, preferably within home health, hospice, or post-acute care.
• Strong understanding of home health eligibility, referral processes, and payer source requirements.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources such as physicians and discharge planners.
• Present and promote home health services and payer options to stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities and convert them into active referral partnerships.
• Educate providers on coverage, regulations, and admission criteria.
• Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to ensure smooth admissions and satisfaction.
• Attend case conferences and required meetings; meet or exceed monthly admission goals.
• Maintain CRM records and report outcomes regularly.
