Job summary

Angels Care Home Health is seeking an Account Executive to grow referrals and admissions across the Texas territory. You will build strong relationships with physicians, discharge planners, case managers, and partner organizations to drive high-quality home health referrals.

The role requires in-depth knowledge of payer sources, patient transitions of care, and the ability to navigate complex eligibility criteria.

Qualifications

• Proven success in healthcare sales, preferably within home health, hospice, or post-acute care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources across the territory.
• Present and promote home health services, highlighting eligibility and payer options.
• Identify new business opportunities and convert them into ongoing referral partnerships.
• Educate providers on benefits, coverage, and admission criteria for home health.
• Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to ensure smooth admissions and patient satisfaction.
• Attend case conferences and required meetings; aim to meet monthly admission goals.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and report outcomes regularly.
