Beyond Faith Home Care in Texas seeks a Business Development professional to grow home health referrals by engaging physicians, facilities, discharge planners, and community partners.

You will develop territory plans, conduct presentations, and maintain relationships while tracking activity and market changes.

Requirements include a bachelor’s in marketing or related field and at least two years in home care sales; proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM is preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of two years of experience in home care sales with a proven record of achieving incremental growth in direct sales.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Responsabilidades

• Develops territory plans to achieve growth goals and implements agreed strategies.
• Makes effective sales calls and presentations to targeted referral sources.
• Maintains professional knowledge and acts as liaison between referral partners and agencies.
• Keeps customer and competitor profiles up to date and logs daily call activity.
• Prepares monthly tracking reports on referral sources and market changes.
