Well Care Health is seeking a Regional Sales Coordinator to coordinate home health referrals and support the sales and marketing plan in the designated region. You will collaborate with Account Executives to increase admissions and ensure high-quality transitions from facilities to Well Care.

Responsibilities include cultivating referral sources, educating providers and the community about home health services, and representing the agency at community events and physician visits.

Qualificações

• Education: HS Diploma; an Associate or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• LPN or RN license preferred.
• One year marketing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid guidelines preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with referral sources, physicians, and the community.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate transition of patients from facilities to Well Care.
• Implement the sales and marketing plan in the designated region.
• Develop relationships with referral sources to increase admissions.
• Represent the agency at community events and physician visits.
• Provide education about home health services to referral sources and the community.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure follow-ups and weekend rounds.
