Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed PT.
• Observes and reports patient responses to treatment.
• Documents supervisory activities in the medical record.
• Monitors patient progress and adjusts care as needed.
• Performs duties as assigned and coordinates with care teams.
