UnitedHealth Group is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide skilled therapy in patients' homes under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. You will follow individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, balance, and independence, while ensuring safety and high-quality care.

As part of a supportive interdisciplinary team, you will document progress, participate in care conferences, and help coordinate follow-up care with the patient and caregivers.

Formación

• Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited PTA program.
• Current license to practice as a PTA in the assigned state.
• Current CPR certification.
• At least 1 year of PTA home health care experience.
• If under 1 year, regional clinical leaders' approval and mentoring or residency participation.
• Driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Provide physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed PT and per plan of care.
• Observe and report patient responses to treatment to the supervising PT and clinical staff.
• Promote wellness and prevention and document supervisory activities.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information and records.
• Coordinate with caregivers and other care providers for follow-up and referrals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
