Qualified candidates have PTA licensure and at least one year of clinical and home health experience. This role supports a collaborative, care-focused environment with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifikationen

• Must be currently licensed as a PTA in the state of employment.
• Minimum of one year of clinical experience preferred.
• Minimum of one year of home health experience preferred.
