UnitedHealth Group is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to deliver skilled care under a licensed Physical Therapist in patients' homes. You will implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, balance and independence while promoting safety.

Collaborate with patients, caregivers, and an interdisciplinary team to support recovery and enhance quality of life at home. Requires CAPTE-accredited PTA education, current state licensure, CPR, and 1+ year home health

Qualificações

• Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited PTA program.
• Current license to practice as a PTA in the assigned state.
• Current CPR certification.
• 1+ years of PTA experience in home health care.
• If less than 1 year of experience, mentoring/residency approval required.

Responsabilidades

• Provides physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed PT.
• Records patient responses to treatment and reports changes.
• Promotes wellness and prevention; documents supervisory activities.
• Monitors patient progress and documents outcomes.
• Participates in care conferences and quality improvement activities.
• Makes follow-up care recommendations with coordinating agencies.
