Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program as set by CAPTE.
• Current license to practice as a PTA, in the state you’re assigned to work in.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provides physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed PT.
• Observes and reports patient response to treatment to supervising PT and clinicians.
• Maintains documentation in the patient’s medical record and coordinates follow-up care.
