Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
• Current license to practice physical therapy in the assigned state.
• Current CPR certification.
• Driver's license with access to reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Help patients maintain, restore and improve movement and function.
• Provide interventions, conduct reexaminations, modify interventions as needed, and plan discharge.
• Collaborate with patients, caregivers and the care team to support recovery and safety.
