Qualifikationen

• Graduate from CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
• Current license to practice physical therapy for the state of assignment.
• Current CPR certification.
• 1+ year PT experience in home health care preferred.
• If <1 year, mentoring/residency program approval required.
• Driver's license and reliable transportation.

Aufgaben

• Help patients maintain, restore and improve movement, activity and function.
• Provide interventions, conduct reexaminations every 30 days, modify interventions, and perform discharge planning.
• Other duties as assigned.
