Job summary

Regency Integrated Health Services seeks a licensed Occupational Therapist to assess and treat patients, plan individualized therapy, and supervise rehabilitation programs. Qualifications

• Graduate of OT curriculum awarding a Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Current licensed by the state of Texas to practice Occupational Therapy.
• Two years of experience as an Occupational Therapist; home health preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and reassessments of client function to guide therapy.
• Plan and supervise individualized therapeutic programs to restore function.
• Coordinate with Rehab Director to integrate therapy into the care plan.
• Instruct patients and families in therapy activities for independence.
• Document progress and notify changes in patient condition or treatment.
• Participate in case conferences and quality assurance activities.
• Support infection control, safety, and confidentiality policies.
