Job summary

Regency Integrated Health Services seeks an Occupational Therapist to conduct assessments, develop and supervise individualized therapy plans, and collaborate with the Rehab Director to integrate plans of care. At least two years of experience is preferred, with home health exposure highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a curriculum in Occupational Therapy with a Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Licensed by the state of Texas to practice as an Occupational Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Perform assessments and reassessments of patient function.
• Plan, implement and supervise individualized therapeutic programs to restore function and independence.
• Coordinate with Rehab Director or designee to integrate therapy in the care plan.
• Instruct patients and families in therapeutic activities and self-care.
• Observe, document and report treatment responses and changes in patient condition.
