Job summary

Regency Integrated Health Services seeks an Occupational Therapist (OT) to assess and plan individualized therapy programs, integrate care with the Rehab Director, and educate patients and families on therapy activities. The role includes driving to client locations for home health services in Texas.

TX licensed OT with at least two years of experience is required; home health experience is preferred and driving is a daily expectation in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an approved program.
• Texas licensure to practice Occupational Therapy.
• Minimum of two years of OT experience; home health experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Conducts assessments and reassessments of patient function and plans individualized therapy programs.
• Coordinates with Rehab Director to integrate therapy into the plan of care.
• Educates patients and families on therapy activities and safety.
• Keeps accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment responses.
