Job summary

Regency Integrated Health Services in Georgetown, TX is seeking an Occupational Therapist to perform assessments, develop and supervise rehabilitation plans, and promote independence in activities of daily living.

The OT will coordinate with the Rehab Director, educate patients and families, document progress, and participate in care conferences to ensure a comprehensive, patient-centered program. Candidates must hold Texas OT licensure and have a relevant degree with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy and Texas licensure.
• Two years of Occupational Therapy experience preferred.
• Ability to assess, plan, implement and document therapy.

Responsibilities

• Conducts assessments and reassessments of functional level.
• Plans, implements, and supervises individualized therapeutic programs.
• Coordinates with Rehab Director to integrate therapy into care plans.
• Educates patient and family on therapeutic activities and self-care.
• Documents progress and communicates changes to the care team.
• Participates in case conferences and quality improvement activities.
