Job summary

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted OT licensure.
• Current CPR certification.

• Six months of occupational therapy experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assess and screen patient daily living skills and develop retraining programs.
• Collaborate with physicians and health-care team on Plan of Care.
• Provide therapeutic treatment to improve strength, ROM and function.
• Document patient care observations and progress daily.
• Coordinate care and discharge planning with the team.
