Job summary

Reliant Healthcare Group is seeking a certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a pediatric home health role. This on-the-road position serves children 0–21, with caseloads built around your locale to minimize drive time and maximize patient contact. You will work under licensed OT supervision in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

Compensation

What You’ll Do

Patient Population

You’ll work with children (ages 0–21) with diagnoses including autism spectrum disorder, developmental delays, sensory processing disorders, cerebral palsy, and fine/gross motor challenges.

Physical Requirements

• Maintain various postures (kneeling, sitting, standing, squatting) for extended periods
• Walk and run for extended periods
• Transition independently from sitting to standing
• Utilize quick body movements as required by behavior intervention plans
• Lift a minimum of 25 pounds
• Transfer, position, and transport patients and adaptive equipment
• Read written communication via computer, electronic devices, and paper
• Perform data collection using electronic devices
