MedCare Pediatric Group, LP in Texas is seeking a Home Health Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA). You will provide one-on-one pediatric therapy in homes, daycares, and schools, under the direction of a licensed OT, with flexible scheduling across Greater Houston.

The role focuses on improving strength, mobility, fine motor skills, activities of daily living, and family education. We offer sign-on bonuses, PTO and holidays, 401(k), medical/dental/vision, CEU support, and mentorship

Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Current Texas Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license by anticipated start date.
• One year of pediatric or related experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide occupational therapy services under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist according to physician-approved treatment plans.
• Implement interventions to improve strength, mobility, coordination, fine motor skills, activities of daily living, and overall functional independence.
• Educate families and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and home programs.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Pay:

$35.00 - $40.00 per hour
