MedCare Pediatric Group is seeking a Home Health Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to deliver one-on-one pediatric therapy in homes, clinics, and schools across Greater Houston and surrounding areas. You will support children’s growth through individualized plans, guided by experienced supervisors and a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Current Texas COTA license by anticipated start date.
• One year of pediatric or related experience preferred; new graduates welcome.
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide occupational therapy services under the direction of a licensed OT according to physician-approved treatment plans
• Implement interventions to improve strength, mobility, coordination, fine motor skills, ADLs, and functional independence
• Educate families and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and home programs
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure high-quality patient care
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation

Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Qualifications & Responsibilities:

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
