MedCare Pediatric Group, LP seeks a Home Health Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to deliver one-on-one pediatric therapy in homes, daycares, and schools across Greater Houston and surrounding areas. You will work under an OT, follow treatment plans, and help children reach functional goals with families involved in care.

The role offers flexible scheduling—full-time, part-time, or PRN—plus support from experienced supervisors, paid time off, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Current Texas Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license by anticipated start date.
• One year of pediatric or related experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.

• Provide occupational therapy services under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist according to physician-approved treatment plans.
• Implement interventions to improve strength, mobility, coordination, fine motor skills, activities of daily living, and overall functional independence.
• Educate families and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and home programs.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
