Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Client Services Manager for our Springfield, MO habilitation office. This role focuses on delivering compassionate, high-quality home health care while coordinating client services, scheduling, and team collaboration in a dynamic nonprofit-like setting.

You will build strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and community organizations, while monitoring metrics and partnering with Clinical Managers to support field staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree is required.
• Scheduling experience required.
• Experience with the I/DD population preferred.
• Prior medical office or home care experience preferred.
• Prior supervision experience a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to take on increased responsibility and achieve goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service and quality home care.
• Coordinate client services and manage emergent scheduling issues.
• Manage caseload and proactively grow it.
• Build lasting relationships with clients, referral sources, payors and community organizations.
• Develop strong, communicative relationships with the team.
• Monitor metrics to maintain effective fiscal management of the caseload.
• Partner with Clinical Managers to supervise and support field employees.
