You will partner with Clinical Managers to support field employees, monitor operations, and drive growth while upholding BAYADA's standards of compassionate, reliable care. The role offers growth opportunities and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Prior medical office, healthcare, or home care experience preferred.
• Demonstrated supervisory or leadership experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are essential.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate client services and address emergent scheduling needs.
• Manage and proactively grow an assigned caseload.
• Build lasting relationships with clients, referral sources, payors, and community organizations.
• Provide exceptional customer service while ensuring quality home care.
• Partner with Clinical Managers to provide support, supervision and guidance to field employees.
• Develop strong, collaborative relationships with office and field teams.
• Monitor and manage key business and operational metrics.
• Assist in maintaining compliance with company policies and quality standards.
• Support the overall growth and success of the office.
