BAYADA Home Health Care has an immediate opening for a Client Services Manager in our Springfield, MO Habilitation Office. We seek a dedicated leader to deliver compassionate, reliable home health care to our clients in the community.

The role focuses on coordinating client services, managing scheduling, and growing the caseload while building strong relationships with clients, payors, and referral sources. BAYADA supports career growth and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree is required.
• Scheduling experience is required.
• Experience with the I/DD population preferred.
• Prior medical office or home care experience preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated record of taking on increased responsibility (goal achievement).
• Ambition to grow and advance beyond current position.
• Strong computer skills, including electronic medical records.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service and quality home care.
• Coordinate client services and address emergent scheduling issues.
• Manage your caseload while proactively growing it.
• Build lasting relationships with clients, referral sources, payors and community organizations.
• Develop strong, communicative relationships with the team.
• Monitor metrics for effective fiscal management of your caseload.
• Partner with Clinical Managers to supervise and support field employees.

The Client Services Manager will:

• Provide superior customer service and quality home care
• Focus on managing coordination of client services and emergent scheduling issues
• Manage your Client Services Manager caseload while proactively growing it

• Develop strong, communicative relationships with the team
• Maintain effective fiscal management of your caseload by monitoring metrics
• Client Services Managers will partner with Clinical Managers to provide supervision and support to field employees
