You will develop and manage your caseload, cultivate referrals, partner with clinicians, and support caregivers to ensure consistent, high‑quality care while achieving office goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Experience in sales, marketing, business development, customer service, or relationship management strongly preferred.
• Prior supervisory or team leadership experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve goals, take initiative, and assume increasing levels of responsibility.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to respond quickly to changing schedules and staffing needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, families, caregivers, and referral partners.
• Strong computer skills, including the ability to learn and use electronic medical records and scheduling systems.
• A proactive, results-oriented mindset with the motivation to grow a caseload, improve service delivery, and contribute to office success.

Responsibilities

• Drive business growth by developing caseload, cultivating relationships, and expanding services.
• Coordinate client schedules and staffing assignments to ensure coverage.
• Manage daily scheduling challenges by responding to call-offs and coordinating replacements.
• Build relationships with clients and families through proactive communication and timely follow-up.
• Follow up on new referrals to start services and build lasting client relationships.
• Develop referral partnerships with healthcare professionals and community sources.
• Participate in marketing events and community outreach to promote BAYADA services.
• Maintain communication with caregivers and field staff regarding schedules and client needs.
• Partner with Clinical Managers to support field staff and ensure care delivery.
• Monitor key performance metrics related to caseload growth, staffing, and financial performance.
