Elite Care Management, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our home healthcare team in Lake Placid, FL. You will work with one patient for your complete shift, assisting with daily living activities and monitoring health needs.

The role requires Florida CNA or HHA certification, CPR, and readiness for hands-on care, with paid training and a full benefits package for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• FL State CNA Certification or HHA certificate from a 75 hour training program.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Social Security Card.
• Driver’s License and Auto Insurance Card.
• TB Test (2-step within the last 12 months OR QuantiFERON within 5 years)

Responsabilités

• Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with supervisor or case manager.
• Support mobility by assisting patients with lifting and transferring as needed.
• Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
• Light house-keeping duties, such as changing bed linens, laundry, cleaning, or preparing meals.
• Enhancing quality of life and building relationships with patients through conversation, doing activities together, and finding stimulation to keep them mentally healthy and alert.
• Monitor patients' pulse, temperature, and respiration.

You will work with ONE PATIENT for your complete shift, getting to know the patient, their needs, and their family life. As a skilled CNA or HHA, you will assist patients with daily living activities, ensure their comfort, and support their overall well-being to enhance their quality of life.
