Job summary

Elite Care Management, Inc. is hiring a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our private duty/home health care team in Florida. You will work with one patient per shift, providing daily living assistance and supporting overall well-being to improve quality of life.

You will perform ADLs, monitor health indicators, and maintain patient records. A valid Florida CNA or HHA certification, CPR, and required documents are necessary, with paid training and a full benefits package for

Qualifications

• Florida State CNA Certification or HHA certificate from a 75 hour training program.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Social Security Card.
• Driver’s License and Auto Insurance Card.
• TB Test (2-step within the last 12 months OR QuantiFERON within 5 years).

Responsibilities

• Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with supervisor or case manager.
• Support mobility by assisting patients with lifting and transferring as needed.
• Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
• Light house-keeping duties, such as changing bed linens, laundry, cleaning, or preparing meals.
• Enhancing quality of life and building relationships with patients through conversation, doing activities together, and finding stimulation to keep them mentally healthy and alert.
• Monitor patients’ pulse, temperature, and respiration.

$22.00 per hour
