Elite Care Management, Inc. seeks a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) to join our private duty home care team in Lake Placid, FL.

You will care for one patient per shift, assisting with daily living activities, comfort, and overall well-being to improve quality of life. Responsibilities include maintaining care records, assisting with ADLs and mobility, light housekeeping, and engaging patients to promote mental health and alertness.

Qualifications

• Assist patients with daily living activities (ADLs) and mobility.
• Record care observations and report to supervisor.
• Provide compassionate patient support and engagement.
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation to support comfort.

Responsibilities

• Maintain patient care records and notify supervisor of changes.
• Assist patient with bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
• Support mobility with lifting/transfers as needed.
• Provide companionship and engage in activities to promote mental alertness.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation as part of daily care.

Monday, Wednesday, Friday - 9AM - 12PM

Pay:

$22.00 per hour

Responsibilities

Elite Care Management, Inc. is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our dynamic, growing home healthcare team! We have been a leading provider over 25 years in the private duty/home health care industry, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional patient care and improving health outcomes within our community.

You will work with ONE PATIENT for your complete shift, getting to know the patient, their needs, and their family life. As a skilled CNA or HHA, you will assist patients with daily living activities, ensure their comfort, and support their overall well-being to enhance their quality of life.

• Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with supervisor or case manager.
• Support mobility by assisting patients with lifting and transferring as needed.
• Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
• Light house-keeping duties, such as changing bed linens, laundry, cleaning, or preparing meals.
• Enhancing quality of life and building relationships with patients through conversation, doing activities together, and finding stimulation to keep them mentally healthy and alert.
• Monitor patients’ pulse, temperature, and respiration.
• FL State CNA Certification or HHA certificate from a 75 hour training program
• Current CPR Certification
• Social Security Card
• Driver’s License and Auto Insurance Card
• TB Test (2-step within the last 12 months OR QuantiFERON within 5 years)
